SAFE DRIVING MANAGEMENT Introduction of Digital Tachometer System

We manage safe driving thoroughly day by day in order to transport customers’ valuable cargo to prevent traffic accidents. For this purpose, we are introducing the latest technologies, such as a digital tachometer system and a drivers’ appraisal system etc.

LOCUS MANAGEMENT/THERMAL MANAGEMENT

We manage a driving routes of a truck from departure to arrival by locus management system, and also manage a temperature of a cargo box of a freezer car by thermal management system.

DRIVERS’ APPRAISAL SYSTEM

We appraise our all drivers every month by drivers’ appraisal system to reach common ground of improvement of awareness of safe driving. Even the driver, who got full marks, is advised improvement points to make himself understood safer driving.

ENGLISH CONVERSATION CLASS

Looking in the future of globalization of our business, the headquarters has an English conversation class every week to invite a teacher.
A lesson is focused on conversation with friendly atmosphere.
An employee working at the group companies can join free of charge.

TRAFFIC GUIDANCE FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN

We are doing traffic guidance activity by our employees for school children and commuters in front of the company in the morning. At the time of trucks’ entry and exit at the company’s parking lot,
our employee also guides a truck by the priority to pedestrians so that a traffic accident should be avoided before happens. We make account of the contribution to the local society.

TRAFFIC SAFETY CONFERENCE

We are holding the traffic safety conference every January. Some guest speakers give a speech to our employees to strengthen the awareness toward traffic safety.

CLEAN UP IN THE PREMISE

We are carrying out the clean-up activity in the premise periodically.
